Weekly insider editions

A dated archive of open-market insider buying across the US companies Tradune tracks, from public SEC Form 4 filings. Each edition is a fixed snapshot of that week — for the current reading, see recent insider buying.

About these editions

Each weekly edition captures the state of open-market insider buying — cluster buys, top net buyers, and the week’s notable purchases — across the US companies we track, straight from public SEC EDGAR Form 4 filings. Insiders are required to disclose their own trades to the SEC within two business days, and those filings are public domain; we group them by company and surface the patterns worth a second look.

An edition is published at most once a week, and only when the signal genuinely changed from the previous one — the underlying window is a trailing 90 days, so publishing more often than that would reprint the same reading under a fresh date. Where that happened before the rule existed, the earlier edition is marked superseded above: it stays online and unchanged, but the later edition is the one we ask search engines to index. Every figure is copied from the filings; nothing here is generated, estimated, or a recommendation. See how the insider-activity score is computed.
