Insider-Buying Index
AggregateA single breadth reading: what share of tracked US companies currently show net insider buying.
Why insider filings? When a company insider buys shares with their own money, US law requires them to disclose it to the SEC within two business days on Form 4. Those filings are public domain. Tradune reads them, groups them by company, and surfaces the patterns worth a second look — especially clusters, where several insiders buy at once. It’s a description of filing activity, not a rating or a recommendation.
